The return of the Valentine’s Day sensory bin:
Jitterbug is holding up red linking chains from the sensory bin. You’ll just have to trust me on this. Such a cute picture of him even if you can’t quite see what he’s got in his hand.
Working on a lacing card from here.
With a little more instruction he tried again. Better lacing, and also apparently better lighting.
Ladybug tried a dinosaur lacing card.
Letter collage from here.
Heart-shaped sandwiches for lunch with a special treat.
Heart-shaped pancakes for dinner.
A little gift, foam masks. Ladybug had a butterfly mask but was in a destructive mood and ruined hers before I could get a pic.
During the week we also made cards for Dada. Ladybug worked very hard on hers.
I make Jitterbug a themed notebook that I change out every week or two. This week’s is full of Valentine printables. He loves doing the graphing with the paper dice to roll. I’ll post more about his notebook later.
I’ll probably continue the Valentine’s Day theme into next week as we haven’t gotten to a lot of the activities I have ready. I set up some workboxes for Jitterbug this week also, more on that later.
